This summer has been a busy time at HUB! With only 3 units left and occupancy on track for this October, our industrial real estate development in Port Coquitlam is buzzing with activity as we near completion of our 16 strata warehouse units.
With all the work that’s been done in the past few weeks, we’re excited to be heading into the home stretch for the building construction. Our crew is now diligently working to finalize both the exterior and interior of the building. The site work is also in motion as our crew prepares for paving and sidewalks begin to be poured.

The facade painting is now down to the final touches, and installation of the cladding on canopies and exterior doors has just been finalized.
On the building’s interior, the drywall is being finalized in the next few days, along with the washroom flooring and plumbing fixtures.
