APPROACHING THE FINAL STAGES OF CONSTRUCTION

As temperatures heat up, so does activity at HUB! With only 5 units left and construction well underway for occupancy in Fall 2019, the excitement is growing as our industrial real estate development in the Tri-Cities approaches its final stages of construction.

   

It’s only been 6 weeks since our last update, but the progress onsite is catching the eye of anyone who passes by and sees the development taking shape as envisioned. The first and second section of the building are getting close to the home stretch, with roof, electrical and mechanical work well underway. The ongoing work also includes the mezzanine structure and stairs (see pictures below), and installation of the window frames and glass, which are nearing completion (see picture above, to the left).

   

On the third section of the building, the tilt up was recently completed in the beginning of May. The pictures below show a 270T crane maneuvering the concrete panels into their final resting places. Our crew is now installing the steel structure and roof, ensuring the whole building is weatherproof. During the upcoming weeks, we’ll also be seeing a lot of progress in the interior of the building, as construction follows the same steps as the first and second section.

  

Now that the weather has improved, and the building is fully standing, it’s also time for our crew to wrap up the site service connections and grading, in preparation for paving.
